This area has been dedicated by the directors of Whareatea Ltd to become a village setting for the young and old that are invited to pursue their talents in the art of creating music for all that want to hear the songs of peace harmony and care of this earth and all upon it. When the capability arises this area will also allow for the establishment of a marine study and learning facility for the understanding and care of the local coastal marine environment!
