This area is dedicated to establishment of gardens and facilities to accommodate the facilities required to sustainably integrate into the natural environment of Whareatea the growth of plant foods for all involved within the Mahoerangi Environmental Education Trust. Some of the produce is to be sold in local markets to cover costs and the remainder over and above that required and sold is profit. This plant profit is to be given to the local food banks to assist those living in communities that do not care.
